The Saturday Morning Test
It's Saturday. You have three lessons today: a 9am beginners (8 students), an 11am intermediate (6 students), and a 2pm private (2 students).
Without tracking: you drive to the shed, count boards, count wetsuits, hope the sizes are right, load the van, and discover at the beach that you're short two medium wetsuits.
With tracking: you check your phone. 8 soft-tops assigned to the 9am, 6 performance boards to the 11am, 2 funboards to the 2pm. All wetsuits allocated by size. One medium wetsuit in repair — replacement assigned. Everything confirmed before you leave the house.
